Time to fill out the Formal Application form. It's a fairly comprehensive document that covers just about everything imaginable about myself and my family, including full residence and work history along with details of referees prepared to comment on my character.
It's quite difficult remembering where we lived and what dates we moved, not to mention trying to remember who I worked for and when I changed jobs over the last 20 years!
